AMBITGAMMA – Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, it’s your’s truly Dirty Pour. This week we are going to hashtag bout AMBITGAMMA and 2018 Florida Constitutional Amendments. YES! That’s rite, D.P. just went politics. Everyone knows you needs your Gov’ment to gets your EBT Food Stamps/Gov’ment Cheese, Insurance, GPS Locating Cellular Device, & your 1st of da month Cheque. But THIS is RIDICULOUS! PARTICULAR… I meant PECULIAR… TRIFLING… & STRANGE! I unfortunately have been falsely accused of being those thangs too. BUT we’re not talking bout me rite NOW! Anyways one Amendment drafted was Sooo…! CONTROVERSIAL they pulled it from da ballot before voters caught wind. That is simply irreputable & disreputable. And THAT is IRREFUTABLE. AMBITGAMMA a created hybrid word; Of ambit the extent of somethang; Gamma denoting da 3rd. Translation: We’ve surpassed level 3 of “Elephant & Donkey Shit Show Rodeo”!!!
The First Amendment “Increased Homestead Property Exemption” YES: Allows homeowners to deduct an additional $25,000 of a home valued more than $100,000. But no more that 125,000. NO: Retain the current homestead tax exemptions, which total $50,000. Second Amendment “Limitations on Property Tax Assessments” YES: Make permanent the %10 limit on increases in tax value for non-homestead property. NO: End limiting tax increases on non-homestead property by limiting property-value increases %10. Third Amendment “Voter Control of Gambling in Florida” YES: Voters approve a constitutional amendment through *citizen initiative to authorize new Florida casino gambling. NO: Continue casino gambling through new laws passed by the legislature. Who CARES! Florida is a bunch of OLD, BORED, retirees who wanna have a little fun and place a bet before DEATH cashes in on them. What’s the problem? #AMBITGAMMA
Forth Amendment “Voting Restoration Amendment” YES: Grant ex-felons the right to vote. NO: Continue making ex-felons wait a minimum of 5 yrs before even applying to having voting rights restored. Then having to appear before governor and cabinet to judge whether they are allowed. This should have been done 20 yrs ago. Fifth Amendment Supermajority Vote to Impose, Authorize, or Raise State Taxes. YES: Require 2/3 state House & Senate vote to increase tax, fees, or carry out new ones. These voted in on stand-alone bills. If local gov’t chooses to, they are excluded from supermajority requirements. NO: Allowing Legislature continued approval increasing new tax & fees thru simple majority votes. Basiclly they trying to put you Legislatures outta commission. Now don’t gets my wordy words ALL twisted up caus that ain’t wat I’m wishing. Everybody gots bills to pay & hairs to gets did. Then ya’ll who gotta kid. Or a few you trying to rid. Another words abortions expensive too!
Sixth Amendment “Rights of Crime Victims” domed as “Marsy’s Law” adapted from California. YES: State Constituted arrays of victims rights, many current. New time limits on filing appeals. Victims receive written notification of their rights. Eliminate a provision insuring the victims’ rights don’t infringe on accused suspects’ rights. Raise retirement age of Supreme Court Judges from 70 to 75. Prohibit courts & judges deferring by an administrative agency’s interpretation of state laws with cases. Wat do da ladder two hav to do w/ victims’ rights, Boo? Honey I’m thru…. Seventh Amendment “Responder and Military Survivor Benefits” I don’t even hav to continue w/ THIS one either. Ladies go on & gets you a man dumb enough to fight Terrorists instead of staying home, rubbing your corns & playing video games fighting Terrorists. Not to mention there are robots, androids, drones, and clones, LOADED w/ missals ready to destroy. We hav da capabilities & da technologies. Oh, boy!
Wat mendment in this Comedy Vlogs/Blogs we’s on now? Oh yeah, Eighth Amendment “Thou shall be too tired to finish voting by now” Ninth Amendment “Prohibit Offshore Drilling” YES: Ban oil & gas drilling exempting shipments on FL waters. Restrictions on drilling under state control. Restrictions on vaping. Huh? NO: Keep drilling ban outta state Constitution allows legislators to change bans on offshore drilling. Vaping restrictions outta Constitution. Sure, wat does this hav to do w/ offshore drilling in regulated waters? Is this game of, “If I can’t play w/ my toys you can’t play w/ your’s either. Boys will be boys still running this country. It’s obvious. Tenth Amendment “State and Local Structure and Operation” YES: Umm…? OK. NO: That’s fine too. It all needs to be torn down anyways like my JUICY coochie. Then rebuilt from a top up. Eleventh Amendment “Property Rights” I will rightfully become someone’s property, properly & I am righteous & proper. Why are we voting on this?
Twelfth Amendment “Lobbying and Public Office Abuse” Duh? YES: Extend the ban from 2 yrs to 6 yrs on state lobbying. Prohibit lobbying by legislators & officials while in office. Also prohibit judges lobbying 6 yrs after leaving the bench. Top state agents while serving & 6 yrs after. NO: Keep constitutional restrictions by sitting/former gov’t officials. Thirteenth Amendment “Dog Racing” Shouldn’t this also be Third Amendment “Voter Control of Gambling in Florida”? Smh. YES: Ban ALL dog racing in Florida by Dec 31, 2020. NO: Continue dog racing in Florida. AGAIN people, we hav da capabilities & da technologies. Oh, boy! Some say using electronic dogs would hav no guarantee of rigged races. Da races are rigged ANYWAYS! Plus I found out that they also giv those poor dogs COCAINE!!! FUCK I’ve wondered where ALL da DAMN good cocaine went! A trick can’t even gets a lick to flip to pay rent!
